• You are required to bring your own towels. Duvets, sheets, pillowcases and pillows are provided.
• Access to the property on the day of arrival will be at 4.00pm unless previously agreed arrangements have been made.
• The property must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
• Deposit payable 4 weeks in advance - 25% booking price.
• Rates include electricity & heating.
