- Usual changover day is Saturday.
- Where the weekly tariff is less than £2000 - changeover day can also be on a Friday.
- Usual weekly changeover Sat 4pm to Sat 10.30am.
- Weekend breaks are normally from Friday 5.00pm to Sunday 5.00pm.
- Extra days from £250/night.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Duvets, sheets, pillowcases and pillows are provided. Towels are available at extra cost.
- Deposit required 20% + £100 damage/fuel cover
- Winter only; oil central-heating 100lts/day limit, 60p/lt after. This will cover 98% of our guests requirements and hopefully will stop the 2% leaving the doors & windows open, with the heating full on!)
- £100 refundable.
- Full payment to be made one week before arrival, unless late availability.
